Pick the game before the property

A clear strategy turns the Academy from a content library into an operating checklist. Start by choosing the outcome you are optimizing for: monthly cash flow, equity growth, low-cash entry, repeatable BRRRR recycling, or remote market access.

The goal is not to lock yourself into one identity forever. The goal is to keep your first deal from mixing incompatible assumptions, such as cash-flow expectations with an appreciation-only market or BRRRR timing with a conventional hold plan.
