More reliable Deal Analyzer values and saves

PocketSquad now hides unavailable suggested property values and keeps incomplete underwriting facts from appearing ready for returns, exports, or saved scenarios.

  • Invalid provider estimates no longer show as $0 or negative property values in the analysis or PDF.
  • Returns, exports, and saves wait for the address, price, and strategy-specific facts they need.

Mobile navigation works better with a keyboard

The mobile menu keeps focus inside the open dialog and returns you to the control that opened it after close or Escape.

  • Navigation links and the close control remain reachable across common phone and tablet widths.

Steadier shared workspace handoffs

  • Team members can open shared workflow snapshots without receiving owner editing controls.
  • Lead saving and transfers report failures instead of silently dropping the action.

Clearer plan, portfolio, and Academy behavior

Founders expiry requires explicit checkout to start paid access, and profile saves retain edits made during a save.

  • Lead Flow saves private leads without a team, carries them into Workflow, and reports unsuccessful saves or conversions clearly.
  • Squad members can open shared Workflow snapshots without owner-only editing controls.
  • Private workspace invitations can be accepted without granting members owner controls.
  • Vault sharing actions no longer fail while loading their form state.
  • Reopening an analysis keeps its working price and street address alongside the selected strategy.
  • Adding an analyzed property to Workflow retains its saved scenario, working price, and source citations.
  • Manual fallback links reveal the record even when its analysis sections are collapsed.
  • Founders expiry moves to Free without automatically charging a saved payment method.
  • Profile autosave queues changes made while an earlier save is still running.
  • Copilot answers questions about deals and workflows instead of redirecting on a keyword.
  • Toolkit downloads require Pro, and resource descriptions reflect the delivered files.
  • Portfolio values are labeled as estimates; Academy displays live sessions only when confirmed.

Clearer article audio controls

PocketSquad now uses one consistent article-audio vocabulary across preparation, playback, retry, and status messages, making the listening experience easier to understand.

  • Blog and Academy listening controls consistently say Prepare audio, Play audio, Pause audio, and Retry audio.
  • Audio cards and preparation states now use the same Article audio label from start to finish.
  • The preload endpoint now has a dedicated credential boundary, reducing accidental coupling between unrelated scheduled operations.

Clearer deal decisions and a more accessible mobile experience

PocketSquad now keeps fix-and-flip recommendations consistent with the actual deal result, asks signed-out visitors to sign in before starting an address import, and makes navigation and voice tools more dependable on mobile devices and reduced-graphics browsers.

  • Fix-and-flip scenarios now say Keep this deal or Review this deal instead of contradicting the calculated recommendation.
  • Signed-out Deal Analyzer visitors get the Pro sign-in step before an import starts, avoiding a long request that cannot complete.
  • Mobile navigation has stronger keyboard focus handling, voice concierge controls remain reachable, and the voice orb falls back gracefully when WebGL is unavailable.
