By accessing or using PocketSquad, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract with PocketSquad LLC and comply with these Terms and applicable law. The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

PocketSquad provides software, educational content, calculators, marketplace and profile features, workflow tools, and related communications for real estate investors and operators. Features may change over time, and some features may be added, modified, limited, or removed without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

PocketSquad is provided for informational, educational, and workflow purposes only. Nothing on the Services constitutes legal, tax, accounting, lending, brokerage, insurance, appraisal, inspection, contracting, or investment advice.

AI summaries, chat and voice responses, action suggestions, generated documents, public-record searches, and other automated outputs are support tools only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be independently reviewed before you rely on them.

Profiles, reviews, badges, verification signals, marketplace listings, operator claims, imported data, and calculator outputs are provided for convenience and must be independently evaluated and verified by you.

PocketSquad LLC does not guarantee the quality, licensing, performance, honesty, availability, legality, or outcomes of any professional, listing, transaction, or user-submitted content.

You may be able to submit, post, publish, or share profile information, listings, photos, links, reviews, messages, notes, and other content through the Services. You are solely responsible for that content and represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.

By submitting content, you grant PocketSquad LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote, and protect the Services.

We may remove, refuse, limit, or moderate content at our discretion.

Verification reviews, badges, profile labels, and related visibility features are optional product signals created by PocketSquad. They do not constitute certification, licensure, endorsement, background clearance, or a guarantee of results.

Some features require payment, including subscriptions and one-time purchases such as verification review access where offered. Prices, features, and billing structures may change from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for managing cancellation before the next billing cycle if you do not want renewal.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including partial subscription periods and one-time purchases such as verification review access.

You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, scrape or reverse engineer protected areas, interfere with security or functionality, impersonate others, publish false or misleading content, upload malicious code, or misuse marketplace, review, verification, or communication features.

PocketSquad, its branding, site design, software, copy, calculators, and related content are owned by PocketSquad LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Services.

The Services may link to or depend on third-party tools, providers, data sources, and websites. PocketSquad LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or actions.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or reliability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketSquad LLC and its founders, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or investment losses arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of PocketSquad LLC for claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to PocketSquad LLC in the 12 months before the claim arose or $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PocketSquad LLC and its related parties from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Services, your transactions with third parties, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Services or others, or if we discontinue part or all of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by updating the effective date, posting the revised Terms, or using other reasonable notice methods.
