A shorter homepage with clearer deal-OS positioning

The public homepage is trimmed to six conversion-focused sections on every screen size. Workflow depth lives on /how-it-works, live product surfaces on /platform, and the hero now leads with deal-operating-system positioning instead of repeating long explainer blocks on /.

  • Homepage order is now hero, example deal, proof strip, pricing, final CTA, and footer — no separate Why, How it works preview, or Live today blocks on /.
  • Hero copy emphasizes underwriting once and running the whole deal from one place, with secondary links to the full workflow page.
  • Proof strip adds Explore what's live to /platform and keeps workflow and founder links without mounting extra homepage sections.
  • Mobile uses the same six sections with tighter spacing and snap-scroll proof tiles instead of hiding content by breakpoint.

Marketplace workspace now starts with intent selection

The signed-in Marketplace opens with a clearer first question — what are you trying to do? — so buyers, sellers, underwriters, partners, and profile browsers each land on a focused workspace instead of every tool at once.

  • Pick Buy, Sell, Analyze, Partner, or Find professionals to tailor the marketplace workspace to that job.
  • Buy keeps discovery, saved listings, and buyer conversations together; Sell keeps listing drafts, publish tools, and seller inquiries together.
  • Analyze, Partner, and Find professionals open contextual intake panels that route into Deal Analyzer, Network, or public profiles without listing-form noise.
  • Your last intent is remembered locally and can be changed any time from the compact intent bar.

Marketplace listings now export and share end to end

The signed-in marketplace workspace and public listing pages now support draft or published PDF export, Network handoff, and external publish helpers so operators can circulate inventory without leaving PocketSquad.

  • Listing managers can export a draft or published PDF snapshot that mirrors the on-screen listing details and publish-readiness checks.
  • Share actions copy the public listing link, open a Network handoff path for squad review, and provide external publish helpers for email and social posts.
  • Opening Network from a marketplace share link now shows a marketplace handoff banner with a direct path back to the listing.

Signed-in surfaces no longer flash hydration warnings in production

PocketSquad now keeps the server-rendered HTML and the browser's first paint aligned across dismissible banners, workflow preferences, dashboard widgets, and session timestamps. Local and production builds should behave the same without React hydration mismatch noise in the console.

  • Dismissible onboarding, profile, and Founders banners now read browser storage after hydration instead of during the initial render.
  • Workflow and Lead Flow lane layouts, list column preferences, and dashboard setup collapse restore saved device settings without overwriting them on first mount.
  • Account security session timestamps and Academy progress labels render stable absolute values first, then switch to relative wording after mount.

Profile-completion nudge on major signed-in features

Members with incomplete profile basics now see a dismissible reminder on deep workspace surfaces — Deal Analyzer, Workflow, Deal Copilot, Market Intel, Lead Flow, Marketplace, Network, and Vault — while the dashboard home keeps the existing onboarding guidance strip.

  • A soft profile-completion gate surfaces on major signed-in features when name/email plus deal focus are missing.
  • The nudge links to Settings, can be dismissed, and stays quiet for members who already dismissed onboarding guidance.
  • Dashboard home is intentionally excluded so first landing stays clean; deep-feature gating covers pipeline, people, and marketplace work.

Homepage trust proof and a dedicated How it works page

The homepage now includes founder credibility and workflow proof blocks with accurate live-product claims, and a new /how-it-works page walks through the full five-step operating narrative from analyze to execute.

  • Founder credibility and workflow proof sections now sit on the public homepage after the metrics proof strip.
  • Each workflow step links to a live PocketSquad surface instead of a future-only promise.
  • A dedicated /how-it-works page publishes the full five-step narrative and is linked from the hero, nav, and homepage CTAs.

Lead Flow pipeline now matches the Workflow board and list views

The Lead Flow pipeline now presents with the same board-and-list treatment as the Workflow page, including matching title sizes and card layout, so leads and workflow records feel like one product. Lead records are unchanged and fully backwards compatible.

  • Lead Flow has a Board/List view toggle that mirrors the Workflow page, defaulting to a status board.
  • The lead board groups leads by status into Workflow-style columns with compact, consistently sized cards.
  • The lead list view reuses the same sortable, searchable table as the Workflow list view.
  • No lead data was changed — the new presentation reads existing lead fields, so older leads keep working unchanged.

Marketplace now separates address analysis from listing creation

The signed-in Marketplace workspace has a new address-first intake that sends unknown properties to Deal Analyzer before they become listing drafts. The public Marketplace and Network pages also explain the boundary more clearly: Marketplace is for sourcing opportunities, while Network is where real relationships become private squad collaboration.

  • A new Analyze a property address tool opens Deal Analyzer from Marketplace without creating a listing.
  • Public URL imports remain a reviewed listing-draft path, keeping scraped inventory separate from address analysis.
  • Marketplace and Network copy now make the sourcing-versus-execution split clearer before users invite collaborators or publish inventory.

Signed-out Academy preview is focused on beginner practice

The public Academy preview now spotlights a smaller beginner path, hides signed-in progress controls from visitors, and keeps the guided practice preview available without pretending public visitors have synced lesson progress.

  • Signed-out visitors see a curated starter sequence for choosing a strategy, defining a buy box, estimating cash needed, and running first underwriting.
  • Progress stats, personalized recommendations, learning-path completion controls, and reset actions stay on the signed-in Academy surface.
  • The public Scenario Lab appears as a guided practice preview, while the full signed-in Academy keeps structured paths and completion tracking.

Audio and onboarding reliability got production drift repairs

Article and Academy narration now handle in-progress audio states more clearly, audio asset timestamps tolerate production data drift, and the onboarding guidance preference column is repaired when an environment is missing it.

  • Blog audio labels now call narration what it is, poll processing audio on a steady interval, and keep controls aligned with the ready/queued state.
  • Stored audio metadata now normalizes generated-at timestamps instead of failing on unexpected but parseable values.
  • A schema repair migration restores the onboarding-guidance dismissal preference when production has the migration marked applied but the column missing.

Going forward

This page should stay focused on customer-facing product movement: the workflows that got stronger, the pages investors can use, and the improvements that change how PocketSquad feels in day-to-day use.
