Search and AI discovery now point to clearer answer pages

PocketSquad's public discovery assets now send search crawlers and AI answer engines to the right answer-ready pages. The Deal Analyzer has a canonical public calculator entry in the sitemap and LLM map, and priority public pages have cleaner titles without duplicated PocketSquad branding.

  • The public Deal Analyzer route is now listed in sitemap discovery for real-estate-deal-analyzer intent.
  • llms.txt now points AI readers to the public Deal Analyzer page while still labeling the signed-in workspace separately.
  • Priority calculator, Academy, resource, and blog article titles now render with the PocketSquad brand once.

Credential reminders are back on the live schema

PocketSquad fixed a production cron mismatch in credential-expiry reminders. The scheduled check now uses only columns that exist in the live verification table, so reminder scans no longer fail when they look for upcoming expirations.

  • Credential-expiry reminder scans no longer select a removed evidence URL column.
  • The production column set was verified against Supabase before shipping.
  • Regression tests now cover the cron dry-run path, processor error response, and select contract.

Academy: Pro execution toolkit on every lesson

The Pro investor execution toolkit — downloadable templates, rehab checklists, contractor scopes, financing worksheets, and due-diligence workflows — now lives directly inside the relevant Academy lessons. Pro members download the matching templates from each lesson, while free members see the bundle behind an upgrade path.

  • Each lesson surfaces the execution templates that match its topic (rehab, contractor, financing, due diligence, offer review, and stabilization) so members move from reading into doing.
  • Pro members download templates straight from the lesson; downloads are server-gated to Pro and recorded with the source lesson so toolkit usage is tracked.
  • Free and Plus members see the toolkit value with a single upgrade CTA, with no template files exposed.

Property search: picking an address is more reliable

When you select an address from the property search suggestions, it now resolves to the same property the import uses — even if your typed text has extra spaces, commas, or matches a suggestion's display label. Selection and import now agree, so you import the property you intended.

  • Choosing a suggestion from the dropdown, datalist, or by typing now matches the import exactly.
  • Messy spacing and comma variations in a typed address no longer break the match.
  • Fewer surprises where the imported property differed from the one you picked.

Dark mode now sticks across reloads — no more flash

Your theme choice now persists reliably across reloads and navigation, and the page renders in the right theme from the very first paint instead of flashing the wrong one. System theme detection is more stable too, so light and dark match your device.

  • Pick Light, Dark, or System once and it sticks — your choice survives reloads and moving between pages.
  • No more brief flash of the wrong theme on load; the correct theme is applied before the page renders.
  • System mode tracks your device setting more reliably, including native controls like scrollbars and form fields.

Deal Analyzer: clearer Free, Plus, and Pro boundaries

The Deal Analyzer page and FAQs now explain what is free and what needs PocketSquad Pro. Manual underwriting calculators stay free for everyone; the autonomous address-first workflow — property import, comps, public records, and source discovery — is a Pro feature. The copy no longer implies the full tool is free.

  • FAQs now answer 'Is the Deal Analyzer free?' and 'What can Free and Plus members try before upgrading?' with the real plan boundaries.
  • Manual deal underwriting and supporting calculators remain free for Free and Plus members; only the address import, comps, records, and source-discovery workflow requires Pro.
  • Page title and metadata dropped the 'Free' label that implied the full address-first tool was included at no cost.

Deal Analyzer: source review is now a tidy, collapsible tile

The Deal Analyzer no longer ends in a long wall of source links. Source review is its own collapsible tile that shows a quick summary — how many sources, your comp confidence, and how fresh they are — and expands to the full source plan, imported citations, and links whenever you want to vet them.

  • Source review lives in a dedicated tile that stays collapsed by default, keeping the analyzer focused on the numbers.
  • The collapsed summary shows source count, comp confidence, and freshness at a glance.
  • Expanding the tile reveals the full address-specific source plan, imported citations, refresh control, and every outbound link.

Cleaner, denser workflow board cards

Workflow board cards now read more cleanly at a glance — property addresses are tidied into a single compact line, redundant team labels are gone, and low-value status clutter has been trimmed so each card surfaces the lead, due date, and deal snapshot that actually matter.

  • Property addresses on each card are compacted into a single tidy line with consistent spacing.
  • Removed the redundant team field and duplicate snapshot-status pills to reduce visual noise.
  • Tighter spacing and typography fit more cards in view without losing the lead, due date, or Deal Analyzer snapshot.

Workflow cards now flag what needs attention at a glance

Workflow board cards now show small priority and flag badges so you can spot what matters without opening each record — an "Important deal" flag, a "Due soon" reminder, and a "High-value lead" marker, all derived automatically from data already on the record.

  • "Important deal" appears on records you've already flagged as high or urgent priority.
  • "Due soon" appears when a record's due date is within the next week or already overdue.
  • "High-value lead" appears when the attached Deal Analyzer snapshot shows a strong suggested offer or cash-on-cash return.

Going forward

This page should stay focused on customer-facing product movement: the workflows that got stronger, the pages investors can use, and the improvements that change how PocketSquad feels in day-to-day use.
