Calculator money fields stop fighting your typing

Dollar and percentage inputs in the BRRRR and Fix & Flip calculators now keep raw digits stable while you type, then add thousands separators after you leave the field. Input adornments no longer block clicks, and the floating voice dock no longer duplicates the feedback trigger.

  • Formatted number inputs preserve cursor position and typed digits during entry instead of reformatting too aggressively.
  • Currency and percent labels are pointer-safe, so clicking near a `$` or `%` adornment still focuses the field.
  • Calculator empty-state copy now says commas are added after entry, matching the actual interaction.
  • The voice-agent corner dock no longer renders a duplicate feedback control next to the orb.

Disabled referral codes no longer send dead invite links

If an admin disables a member's referral code, web and mobile invite sends now stop before email delivery and return a clear conflict response. That prevents founders or admins from accidentally sending invite links that cannot be redeemed.

  • Referral email sends now check whether the sender's referral code is active before creating an invite.
  • Disabled-code attempts are audited as blocked and do not call Resend.
  • Web and mobile referral APIs return a 409-style response with a clear `referral-code-disabled` reason.

Reliability incidents can now enter a review-gated auto-PR queue

PocketSquad's production reliability loop now has a review-gated intake path: the hourly readiness cron and Sentry/manual webhooks can normalize incidents into GitHub issues for Codex triage without auto-merging, auto-deploying, changing secrets, or writing production data.

  • A new hourly reliability cron runs production readiness checks and creates or updates a labeled GitHub issue when production is degraded or down.
  • A protected internal incident endpoint accepts normalized Sentry/manual incidents for the same queue.
  • The runbook documents the human-review boundary: Codex may investigate and open a scoped PR, but deployment and merge decisions stay manual.

Mobile Analyze: interrupted property imports are recoverable

The mobile Analyze tab now remembers an in-progress property import if the app is backgrounded, loses connection, or the import fails mid-flight. When you come back, PocketSquad restores the address, market, and strategy so you can retry safely instead of starting the deal intake over.

  • Pending mobile property imports are saved locally before the request starts and cleared after a successful import.
  • If the import is interrupted or fails, the app restores the address, market, and strategy with a clear retry message.
  • Returning to the foreground can automatically resume a pending import once, without creating duplicate in-flight requests.

Property Search and Market Intel explain more of their work

Property Search now shows a concise trace of the completed import steps, and trusted market briefs now include an AI trend graph built from cached public-market metrics. The new surfaces make it easier to understand what PocketSquad matched, checked, and summarized without exposing private chain-of-thought.

  • Imported property results now include a "Property search trace" with address resolution, fact capture, comp context, and source-review preparation.
  • Market briefs with trusted snapshots now show an AI trend graph for rent momentum, price momentum, demand support, and yield spread.
  • The trace and graph stay tied to existing source coverage and cached market data, so they add explainability without new data-provider calls.

Lead Flow now reads billion-dollar shorthand correctly

Lead Flow currency parsing now treats values like "1.2b" and "2.5B" as billions instead of millions, so unusually large deal values, company values, or portfolio figures are normalized correctly when leads are created or handed off.

  • "k", "m", and "b" shorthand now map to thousand, million, and billion explicitly.
  • Large values such as "1.2b" no longer collapse down to million-scale numbers.
  • The fix is covered by unit tests for lowercase and uppercase billion suffixes.

Workspace onboarding keeps paid-plan guidance consistent

The signed-in workspace now passes the member's current plan into the fallback onboarding guidance path too. Paid users who hit that defensive route no longer briefly see Free-tier next steps before the normal plan-aware guidance settles.

  • Fallback onboarding guidance now receives the same plan key as the rest of the signed-in shell.
  • Plus, Pro, and Founders members keep seeing guidance matched to their tier even on defensive render paths.
  • No entitlement or billing behavior changed; this only keeps the visible guidance consistent.

Academy: clearer sections so the library is easier to browse

The Academy home now groups its sections under clear headings, so the full guide library and supporting resources read as labeled units instead of floating controls above unlabeled lists. Easier to scan and find what you want; no change to what's free or Pro.

  • A "Full library" heading now sits above the search, filters, and guide list so it's obvious they belong together.
  • Supporting resource cards are grouped under clear headings instead of appearing as orphaned cards.
  • Purely presentational — gating, entitlements, and existing behavior are unchanged.

Workflow: adding a property is more reliable

Adding a property to your workflow is now more dependable. Two different properties that happen to share a street name in different cities are no longer mistaken for the same deal, so a legitimate add is never silently blocked — and deleting a deal more safely cleans up its attached snapshots without risking your data if the delete is interrupted.

  • Two properties at the same street in different cities stay separate — adding the second one is no longer rejected as a duplicate.
  • Rapid double-clicks still won't create duplicate workflow entries.
  • Deleting a deal cleans up its snapshots safely, so an interrupted delete can't lose data.

Blog: reliable article voice mode that stops when you leave

Article voice mode now starts, pauses, and recovers cleanly, and narration always stops when you switch companion modes, navigate away, or refresh — so audio and assistant state never get stuck between sessions. Playback failures now surface a clear, retryable message instead of leaving a silent player.

  • Switching from Listen to Explain, changing pages, or refreshing now stops any playing narration instead of leaving it running in the background.
  • Audio output and player state no longer carry over between articles or sessions.
  • Playback that fails to start now shows a recoverable error you can retry.
