Deal Analyzer keeps the public-records request tool connected

The Deal Analyzer's public-records request section stays available no matter which marketplace and analyzer modules a member has, so investors and realtors can always queue an AI-assisted public-records search on an imported property.

  • The "Request public records" action stays visible for every persona, even as marketplace and analyzer modules change.
  • Added regression coverage so a future marketplace refactor cannot silently drop the public-records request section.

Workflow property records remember your list view and open tab

The workflow property-records list now keeps your chosen view, search, and sort in the page address, so they survive a refresh and come back exactly when you return from a property record. Opening a record and switching between its tabs (Overview, Details, Bookings, and the rest) keeps the same shareable link, and the back link returns you to the precise list state you left.

  • Switching to the list view, typing a search, or changing the sort updates the page link so a reload restores the same property-records list.
  • Opening a property record and returning brings back the exact list view, search, and sort you had before.
  • Each record tab is reflected in the link, so refreshing or sharing the page reopens the same tab.

Property records can now be flagged as buy, sell, or both

Workflow property records carry an explicit buy/sell intent so teams can tell at a glance whether a deal is an acquisition, a disposition, or both. Intent appears on the record detail, on board cards, and in the workflow list, where it can be searched and sorted alongside stage and priority. Existing records default cleanly to "Not set" until someone marks them.

  • Mark any workflow property record as Buy, Sell, Buy & sell, or Not set from the record detail.
  • Buy/sell intent shows on workflow board cards as a badge and as a sortable, searchable column in the list view.
  • Records created before this change default gracefully to "Not set" with no migration of existing data required.

Deal Copilot automations now run on a schedule

Scheduled Deal Copilot tasks created in settings now advance on their own cadence instead of waiting for a manual trigger. Daily, weekday, weekly, and monthly automations recur automatically on the existing platform schedule, each showing when it last ran and when it runs next, while the assistant's work stays review-bounded until you approve it.

  • Recurring Deal Copilot automations (daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly) now fire automatically on their defined cadence.
  • Each automation seeds its first run on creation, so an enabled schedule starts working without a manual kick.
  • Every run records a "Last run" time and recomputes the next run, visible on each automation in settings.
  • Manual and custom automations stay on-demand, and scheduled runs remain review-bounded rather than taking actions on their own.

Marketplace publishing now tells you exactly what is missing

When a marketplace listing cannot be published yet, PocketSquad now names the specific required fields you still need to add instead of showing a generic warning. The readiness checklist also no longer treats spaces-only fields as complete, so the workspace and the publish action agree on what is ready.

  • Failed publish attempts surface the exact missing fields (for example "Asking price and Strategy") on web, mobile, and AI-assisted publishing.
  • Whitespace-only titles, summaries, descriptions, strategy, and location no longer count as complete, removing a false "ready to publish" state that later failed.
  • The mobile publish API and AI publish action return the same specific missing-field list so every surface gives consistent guidance.

Feature audit fixes make key public and mobile flows steadier

A full product audit tightened the public Deal Analyzer fallback, mobile web smoke path, mobile test signal, and market ZIP profile response behavior. The result is cleaner validation evidence and fewer confusing states when a user is browsing without signing in or checking market data under slow-provider conditions.

  • The public Deal Analyzer now keeps manual fallback metrics in a clear "not ready" state instead of showing $0 or infinite results before assumptions exist.
  • The Expo web target renders the mobile shell for browser-based smoke checks instead of hitting the previous map bundle overlay.
  • Mobile validation is quieter and more deterministic, with the root mobile test command using the audited Jest runner shape.
  • Market ZIP profile checks now return a fast unavailable response when source data is not ready, instead of waiting on long provider work.

Homepage is shorter and gets investors to live product surfaces faster

The PocketSquad homepage now focuses on the highest-signal path: the core promise, product proof, why it matters, how the workflow fits together, and the live tools people can use today. Longer product-tour sections moved out of the first-page journey so visitors reach calculators, Academy, marketplace, Vault, and pricing faster.

  • A new proof strip summarizes live underwriting tools, saved scenario memory, operator roles, and the free starting path.
  • A tighter "Why PocketSquad" section replaces several overlapping explanation sections with the core problem and product response.
  • A new live-today section points directly to calculators, saved scenarios, Academy, and marketplace profiles.
  • The homepage removes the old long section stack while keeping pricing, the final call to action, and the footer in place.

Google sign-in is back on the branded full-page OAuth flow

Google sign-in now starts through PocketSquad's server-owned OAuth route again, preserving referral/founders context, safe workspace redirects, and PKCE session cookies before handing off to Google. The direct Google Identity button remains available behind an explicit feature flag, while the default path returns to the steadier full-page OAuth experience.

  • The Continue with Google button once again routes through `/auth/google`, so PKCE cookies are created server-side before the Google redirect.
  • Safe return paths, referral codes, and Founders intent are carried through the Google callback instead of being dropped during sign-in.
  • Google Identity redirect mode was hardened for form posts, same-site cookie handling, and failure redirects back to sign-in.
  • The Google Identity stylesheet is now allowed by CSP for the flagged direct-identity mode.

Save blog posts and Academy guides into Vault

Signed-in members can now bookmark blog posts and Academy guides from the article toolbar and find those saved reads inside Investor Vault. Saved reads keep article/guide metadata, open back into the signed-in experience, and gracefully explain when saving requires sign-in or persistence is unavailable.

  • Blog and Academy article toolbars now include a save/unsave action with accessible saved-state feedback.
  • Investor Vault has a new Saved reads section for bookmarked articles and guides.
  • Saved-read APIs are same-origin guarded, user-scoped, and backed by a new `editorial_content_saves` migration.

Blog listening is smaller, steadier, and easier to recover

The article listening companion is more compact on blog surfaces and handles loading, hydration, and failed audio assets more gracefully. If an audio manifest or segment is not ready, retry state clears correctly so users can try again instead of getting stuck in a broken player state.

  • The blog companion listening controls now take less space while keeping Listen, Explain, and Resume actions available.
  • Hydration state for the blog companion is stable across public and signed-in article pages.
  • Blog and Academy audio routes clear failed asset retry state, letting playback recover when assets become available.

Going forward

This page should stay focused on customer-facing product movement: the workflows that got stronger, the pages investors can use, and the improvements that change how PocketSquad feels in day-to-day use.
