Onboarding now adapts to your plan

The workspace onboarding guidance now shows progressive next steps tailored to your plan. Free members are nudged to try the Deal Analyzer and explore upgrading; Plus members get marketplace and pipeline next steps plus a path to Pro; Pro members see advanced workflows like address-first analysis, marketplace publishing, and market intel.

  • Free members see steps to try the manual Deal Analyzer, ask the Deal Copilot, and upgrade to unlock address-first analysis.
  • Plus members are guided to engage the marketplace, advance their workflow board, and compare Pro.
  • Pro members get advanced next steps: address-first analysis, marketplace publishing, and market intel — no upgrade nudges.

Property view shows the data sources behind your valuation

The property view now has a Data Sources section right under the property value and ARV outputs. It names the exact records and providers used for the analysis — county records, imported lookups, and public market data like Census, HUD, Redfin, and Zillow — so you can trust the numbers and click through to the full source review.

  • See the exact records and data providers behind your valuation right next to the property value and ARV numbers.
  • Each source shows what part of the analysis it backs, with links to the underlying record when one is available.
  • A single tap opens the full source review for the complete, link-rich provenance details.

Academy: a cleaner, more consistent learning surface

The Academy now matches the polished look of the rest of the workspace. The progress panel, module cards, search, and empty states share the same refined styling, and the navigation is clearer. Your completion and progress tracking work exactly as before.

  • Progress panel and library cards now use the same rounded, polished styling as the rest of the workspace.
  • Search is clearer with a proper search icon, and an empty search now offers a one-tap way to clear filters and see every guide again.
  • Trimmed a redundant category tab strip so navigation is simpler, and tightened plan-upgrade wording so it stays accurate and unobtrusive.

Deal Copilot chat is cleaner and easier to act on

PocketSquad AI now keeps the answer front and center while tucking the step-by-step reasoning and tool activity behind a single tidy summary you can expand when you want the details. Generated documents are easier to spot and act on, with clear Open and Download buttons and obvious states while a document is being created or if something goes wrong.

  • The assistant's answer stays visually dominant; reasoning and the tools it used now collapse into a single 'steps taken' summary you can open on demand.
  • Generated documents stand out with prominent Open and Download actions, plus Share, Send, and Vault close at hand.
  • Clear loading and error states show when a document is still being generated or couldn't be created, and multiple documents now lay out cleanly on mobile.

Dashboard: new team workspaces tile

The dashboard now shows a Team workspaces tile that summarizes how many squads you're in, the people across them, and how many leads and pipeline deals are assigned to a team. If you haven't created a team yet, the tile explains how to build your first squad. Either way, it links straight to Network to manage teams and invites.

  • See your team count, total members, and assigned deals at a glance from the dashboard.
  • A clear note appears when you have teams but no deals assigned to them yet.
  • A useful empty state guides you to create your first team if you don't have one.
  • The tile links directly to the Network surface to manage teams and invitations.

Delete deals from your workflow board

You can now permanently remove a deal from your pipeline. A confirmation dialog protects against accidental deletes, the card disappears from the board immediately, and PocketSquad cleans up the deal's comments and attached record snapshots so nothing is left behind. Only the deal's owner can delete it.

  • Delete a workflow deal straight from the board, with a confirmation step before anything is removed.
  • The card is removed instantly and restored automatically if the delete can't be completed.
  • Deleting a deal also clears its comments and attached record snapshots; only the owner can delete their own deals.

Market Intel: print and export for market briefs

Every market brief now has a clear Print or export action that opens the browser print / Save-as-PDF dialog. The export strips the workspace navigation and chrome, keeps the core market data readable, and leads with a self-describing header carrying the brief title plus snapshot date, source freshness, and confidence — and stays honest when live data is unavailable.

  • Market brief pages expose a Print or export brief button that triggers the browser print / Save-as-PDF flow.
  • The print layout removes nav, share/watch controls, and other chrome while keeping the status, public-data, and execution sections readable.
  • Exported output starts with the brief title, snapshot date/source context, and core sections, and reports seeded-fallback states honestly instead of faking a capture date.

Academy: Pro AI mentor mode

The Academy AI mentor now has a clear Free-vs-Pro boundary. Free members get a set number of mentor responses per day with an upgrade prompt at the cap; Pro members get unlimited, lesson-aware mentor access that also remembers the guides they've already completed for deeper strategy coaching and deal walkthroughs.

  • Pro members get unlimited mentor responses with lesson-aware context, strategy coaching, and deal-walkthrough explanations — the cap never applies.
  • Free members are held to a daily mentor-response limit, enforced on the server, with a clear unlimited-Pro upgrade prompt shown right at the cap.
  • For Pro members the mentor remembers Academy progression context, referencing concepts from already-completed guides while keeping the current lesson as the source of truth.

Resource guides are easier for search and AI systems to understand

The BRRRR guide, LLC setup guide, and out-of-state investor checklist now expose structured WebPage, FAQ, and breadcrumb data. Priority public pages also keep cleaner titles so the PocketSquad brand appears once instead of being duplicated.

  • The three priority resource guides now include FAQPage structured data for answer-first snippets.
  • Resource breadcrumbs and WebPage metadata give crawlers clearer page context.
  • Calculator, Academy, resource, and blog article titles now avoid duplicated PocketSquad branding.

Going forward

This page should stay focused on customer-facing product movement: the workflows that got stronger, the pages investors can use, and the improvements that change how PocketSquad feels in day-to-day use.
