Approve AI changes before they save

PocketSquad now shows the details and waits for your approval before an AI chat changes your account or workspace.

  • Read-only AI requests continue as before, while proposed changes show a clear approve or decline step.
  • Approval requests expire and cannot be reused, so an old chat request cannot make a later change.
  • The same confirmation pattern is available in Deal Copilot, the voice-orb text chat, and mobile AI chats.

  • Change or clear your feedback on completed replies, with your rating preserved when you return.

  • Create new notes in Vault and reopen saved notes to keep working on them.
