Vault document actions are clearer and faster to search

Vault document rows now separate Open, Download, and Archive actions, active folders announce themselves to assistive technology, and document search precomputes lookup text so large folders feel more responsive.

  • Document rows expose a direct Open action and compact icon actions for download and archive.
  • The active Vault folder now sets `aria-current`, improving screen-reader orientation while browsing folders.
  • Vault search avoids repeated heavy string building during every keystroke, reducing list-filtering jank in large document sets.

Mobile profile banner uploads reject invalid image files clearly

Mobile marketplace profile banner uploads now inspect the file signature before storing the image, returning a clear bad-request response when the upload is not a recognized image.

  • The mobile banner upload route verifies image magic bytes before sending the file to storage.
  • Invalid uploads return a clear `invalid_image_signature` response instead of reaching the save path.
  • Successful uploads still replace the prior banner and record the profile-update security audit event.

Network teams now organize by market and route workflow records

Teams in Network can carry a market or location label, so squads are grouped by the market they cover and you can route a workflow record to the right team at a glance. The workflow team picker now groups teams by market, and Workflow links back to manage teams by market in Network.

  • Teams now have an optional market/location label that you set when creating a team or edit later from each team card in Network.
  • Your active workspaces are grouped by market on the Network page, with a clear "No market set" group for teams you have not labeled yet.
  • The workflow record team picker groups teams by market so deals route to the squad that covers that market.
  • Workflow records link back to manage teams by market in Network, keeping market and team context connected across both surfaces.

Marketplace swipe actions are verified to use the real backend

The marketplace swipe deck's Save interest and Add to Workflow actions now route through one shared guard that guarantees real listings hit the live backend while demo cards stay local — so a sample card can never look actionable while quietly doing nothing.

  • Saving interest in a real listing and adding it to your workflow both call the live backend, exactly as in production.
  • Demo/sample cards stay client-only and can no longer masquerade as wired actions, even if their sample marker is missing.
  • Added tests asserting real listings reach the real endpoint and sample cards never do.

Digital work-order records have a dedicated detail view

Every workflow record now has a focused work-order detail page with tabs for core details, activity/history, team, docs, and related work. The workflow stage controls stay editable when you have access, team assignment shows clear unassigned states, and a property map snapshot appears whenever location data exists.

  • Tabs separate core details, activity/history, team, docs, and related work so the work order is easy to scan.
  • Workflow stage status is editable when permitted and falls back to a read-only view otherwise.
  • A property map snapshot, team assignment with empty states, and a combined history timeline are built in.

Stricter merge bar for new full-screen features

We added an explicit pre-merge checklist for large, AI-generated screens so new pages ship wired to the real backend instead of placeholder sample data. The goal is fewer surprises after launch: every new feature surface has to prove real data, working APIs, mobile parity, and end-to-end coverage before it goes live.

  • New route-sized features must read live data and pass an end-to-end test, not just look right with sample data.
  • A pull-request template now surfaces the checklist automatically so the same bar applies to every contributor.
  • Process and documentation only — no change to any existing screen or behavior.

Marketplace drafts can be deleted directly without an extra save

Removing a marketplace draft no longer forces an unnecessary save cycle first. The create-listing composer now has a Delete draft action, and discarding a brand-new, never-saved draft simply clears it without touching stored data.

  • The create-listing composer has a Delete draft button so you can discard a draft in progress immediately.
  • Deleting a never-saved draft is treated as a clean discard instead of an error, with no database or storage work required.
  • Already-saved drafts continue to delete exactly as before from their draft cards.

Mobile AI headshots now generate reliably from the Profile screen

Pro members can generate AI headshots from the mobile Profile screen and set a chosen result as their avatar end-to-end. The generation flow now calls the mobile-specific API route so requests succeed from the native app instead of being blocked, and errors like rate limits are surfaced clearly with the ability to retry.

  • Entitled mobile users can pick a source photo, generate professional headshot options, and apply one as their profile photo.
  • Generation now routes through the mobile API wrapper so Bearer-token auth and CORS work from the native app (the web route's same-origin guard previously rejected mobile requests).
  • Generation errors (network, provider, quota) are shown inline and the user can retry from the same screen.

Going forward

This page should stay focused on customer-facing product movement: the workflows that got stronger, the pages investors can use, and the improvements that change how PocketSquad feels in day-to-day use.
