Paid accounts can connect any agent to PocketSquad MCP

PocketSquad now implements a production Streamable HTTP MCP endpoint at /mcp so paid Plus, Pro, and organization accounts can connect Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or a custom agent to their real workspace after the next production deploy.

  • The MCP URL is https://www.pocketsquad.ai/mcp, with copy-paste connect snippets on /connect.
  • Bearer API keys and signed-in sessions require a paid plan. Free accounts get HTTP 402 and no fabricated account data.
  • Agents can analyze an address-first deal, save and list analyses, update pipeline blockers and next actions, and read only persisted dashboard work.
  • Paid REST twins, OpenAPI at /api/v1/openapi.json, and /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource advertise https://www.pocketsquad.ai/mcp without a fake OAuth server.

Deal Analyzer stays honest on empty and signed-out visits

The public Deal Analyzer no longer treats a blank file as a ready deal. Metrics, risk flags, and save or publish actions stay parked until a real property or valid numbers exist, and signed-out import or records paths ask for a Pro sign-in immediately.

  • Empty Deal Analyzer tiles and outputs now say Not ready instead of Infinite cash-on-cash, WATCH, default financing rates, Low 45/100 confidence, or $0 rehab, rent, and refinance figures.
  • Save, Add to Workflow, and Publish stay hidden or disabled until an imported address or valid purchase price and rent exist.
  • Signed-out visitors see the Pro address-import gate and records or AI brief sign-in state immediately, without a long checking spinner.

Public navigation is usable on phones and tablets, and leftover cash-to-close calculator links no longer 404

PocketSquad repaired the public header and Academy calculator links: the expanded mobile menu is visible, the tablet header no longer overlaps Platform or clips Pricing, and cash-to-close links now open Deal Analyzer.

  • Academy and other leftover /calculators/cash-to-close links now open Deal Analyzer, and the old URL redirects there.
  • The public mobile menu opens as a full-screen, readable drawer instead of an invisible overlay.
  • On tablet-width screens the theme-toggle header keeps a hamburger until there is room, so the logo no longer covers Platform or clips Pricing.

PocketSquad launched a clearer pricing path, smarter onboarding starts, and a steadier signed-in workspace

The latest July 17 launch wave adds a dedicated pricing page, lets members start closer to Deal Copilot, Deal Analyzer, or Workflow based on experience, cleans up profile settings, and fixes timeout and layout friction inside the signed-in workspace.

  • PocketSquad now keeps the homepage focused and moves the full Free, Plus, and Pro comparison onto a dedicated /pricing page.
  • Members can save a more specific first-run path, including guided beginner help or faster jumps into Deal Analyzer and Workflow.
  • Profile settings are easier to scan, Schedule naming is clearer than Bookings, and licensed-role fields only appear when they are relevant.
  • Deal Analyzer now explains retryable import timeouts more clearly, and the signed-in shell avoids sidebar overlap on tighter workspace widths.

The June 27 product batch is now live: Deal Copilot defaults, smarter Network search, cleaner referrals, and faster blog audio

PocketSquad shipped the June 27 priority batch to main, including a smoother signed-in starting point, inline Network search results, clearer referral guardrails, and cache-first blog audio playback.

  • New users now land in Deal Copilot by default, and PocketSquad can route you directly into Deal Analyzer, Workflow, Marketplace, Dashboard, or Network based on what you ask for.
  • The Start Here flow exposes clearer goal, buy-box, and market inputs, while Network search now refreshes inline with visible loading, results, and empty states.
  • Referral invites block self-referrals with a specific explanation, keep counts current on the page, and send branded invite emails.
  • Feedback confirmations now feel more personal, and blog audio can return a ready cached version immediately instead of rebuilding every time.

Sign-up, calculators, and Deal Copilot now fail more gracefully when external assets or client bundles misbehave

PocketSquad removed a fragile external orb asset, tightened a Deal Copilot client/server boundary, and expanded error-boundary reporting so core pages stay more resilient and easier to diagnose when something goes wrong.

  • The voice orb no longer depends on an external texture file that could break sign-up and other pages when a CDN asset failed.
  • Deal Copilot keeps server-only helpers out of the browser bundle, preventing a class of sidebar crashes.
  • Global and calculator error boundaries now send cleaner diagnostic context into Sentry for faster incident triage.

Production billing activation enabled

Stripe is live and production checkout can be opened once live keys and price IDs are configured in Vercel and billing activation is set to ready in the production environment.

  • Production checkout and the billing portal stay gated until BILLING_ACTIVATION_STATUS is ready in Vercel production.
  • Local development and test-mode Stripe flows remain available without the production activation flag.
  • Launch runbooks and env-var docs now document the final billing flip after live webhook and price configuration.

Blog narration recovers from stale preparation states

Article audio now handles abandoned preparation attempts more gracefully, so paid readers can retry narration instead of watching a stale preparing state loop.

  • Stale in-progress narration rows become retryable after a short safety window instead of polling forever.
  • Fresh in-progress narration still avoids duplicate generation while the active request finishes.
  • Audio documentation now states that blog and Academy audio are full narration experiences, not summaries.

Profile settings read cleanly on iPad widths

The public profile settings context cards no longer squeeze or overlap on tablet viewports. The layout uses a two-column grid at medium breakpoints and three columns only at extra-large desktop widths.

  • Account identity, Public profile, and Marketplace workspace cards use min-width and break-words guards so long labels stay readable.
  • Responsive grid steps from one column on phone to two on tablet to three on desktop.
  • Regression coverage locks the iPad-safe layout classes in account route tests.

Sentry Release Health for web and mobile sessions

Production builds now create Sentry releases during deploy and tag web and mobile sessions with release and environment metadata so crash-free rates and adoption are visible in Sentry.

  • Shared web Sentry init resolves release and environment from build-time injection and Vercel deploy metadata.
  • Vercel builds create and finalize Sentry releases when the Sentry webpack plugin is enabled.
  • Mobile sessions include release and dist tags aligned with the web deploy version.

Going forward

This page should stay focused on customer-facing product movement: the workflows that got stronger, the pages investors can use, and the improvements that change how PocketSquad feels in day-to-day use.
